What do you guys think of the Peugeot 3008 Turbo? I' m planning to buy one, but noticed that the value of this car can drop nearly 50% just after 3 years? Any reason? Problematic car? Under performance? High maintenance?

If care about depreciation then you have only very few choices to choose from perodua, honda and Toyota. 3 years 50% are very common, especially conti car. And some drop even more than that

Just buy It man. It has powerful turbo engine. Conventional 6 speed gear box(less problem compared to cvt and dct). Nowadays the services and quality has improved alot. Dont simply listen to people who dont own peugeot. I own peugeot 408 ethp since 2017. Quality is good. Maintenance cost is on par with other c segment car.

bought prev gen 3008 used. 3 year old car. used it for 2 years relatively peaceful. then spent 1k a month on average for repairs after that. crazy.

Yes.... there were quite some problems with pug cars.. but that was previous gen. Now the quality, the ride has improved a lot.
