Reasons why I bought this car

I was attending night class after work and the class is located at mainland Penang while I'm living and working at Penang island. I take bus/grab and ferry to get to my class and I usually arrive home during midnight which is really tired so I need to buy a vehicle to make my trip more convenient.

Car selection process

• I had a budget of: RM40000-RM60000
• Models that I have considered include: Proton Iriz, Kia Picanto, Proton Saga, Proton Persona

Reasons why I chose this car:

• Stylish Exterior
• Range Topping Safety Equipment(during that time)
• Highest Price-Performance Ratio
• Build-in Smart Tag

User experience

• I have already done 33538 km.

It has done a job well done and its really easy to maintain, even the famous fuel pump problem didn't happen on my car. And I have changed my air filter to gain a better pickup. Changed the sound system for a more comfortable ride. More or less did some modification/upgrade to gain a more satisfying ride.

• Spare parts are easy to find

Cons

• Poor NVH
• Shift logic is kinda weird 
• The rear absorbers are too soft if full passenger will scratch car
• Interior chrome is annoying
• Lack of Blind Spot Monitor

Summary

Its a really practical car equipped with lots of great features for the price you pay. It was the best choice during the period for my car hunting. Thanks to the autonomous braking for saving me and my wallet from a few accidents.

Lastly, any interesting events?

I have conquered my first long-distance trip with my Myvi, have been in Ipoh, Genting and KL and planning to travel to Thailand next year. Brings me a lot of joy and fun.
