MIROS is proposing a 30 km/h speed limit on roads in urban, residential, city and village areas. I personally think that the increasing accidents happening in residential areas are due to lack of rule enforcement and overhead bridges lol. Don’t mean to discourage implementing these speed limits, but will people follow? School areas are already 30km/h but still got a lot of accidents have happened. Do you agree with me? Got any other solutions u think is better to implement?
