Car was parked for a long time, still safe to drive immediately? I was at home for a long time due to COVID which made me think about a question, my car hasn't been driven for a long time - will there be any problem? Along with this question, I looked up the information and it turns out that petrol really does expire, some say within 3 months. Stopping the car for a long time makes the additives break down, resulting in loss of power. Also, is there any problem if I straight go for a long drive?

Better refuel a bit, but shouldn’t be a problem

Change engine oil, gearbox oil, add water, better just send to shop for a quick fix
