Basic information

The vehicle we purchased is a white 2020 Honda Civic RS (FK7）, which was only purchased at Rp in November this year, and was in stock at the time. The purchase was purchased in cash.

In addition, since we don't have Sedan (we have Toyota Harrier in 2015, Alphard in 2017 and Mitsubishi Expander in 2019), the 2020 Honda Civic RS (FK7) is an excellent choice.

Car selection process

The selected car is actually the replacement we originally planned. We hope to make the second 2018 Civic Type-R (FK8) with a manual transmission the first car of the eldest son who just passed his birthday that month. User experience

Overall, the car was very satisfactory and slightly exceeded our expectations.

Not to mention the FC 1：18 outside the city and the 1:12 of the city, which is enough to save cc Pertamax fuel for purchasing 1,500 cubic meters of gasoline (excluding).

Pros & Cons:

Pros

Power, sufficient torque, excellent maneuverability, very delicate on the road with proper adjustment, double exhaust pipe in the back row (sounds dull when refueling in the car), and original body kit, Very modern and beautiful. 

In addition to the spacious cabin, there is an additional advantage here is the hatchback configuration, which means that the rear suitcase passage is very wide! we did not mention the grand design that can accommodate 2 folding bikes (note :" uk "brand) and still can accommodate a cabin size suitcase.

Not to mention the FC 1：17 outside the city (speculation on the Simatupang toll road) and the city's 1:12, for 1,500 cc of cubic meters, buying Pertamax fuel (not added) is indeed enough to save.

The reliability of the Japanese brand's very durable and the Honda has improved, and our benchmark comes from colleagues who use CRV 2019 as a daily car, and his evaluation is generally very good.

Cons

Well, the drawback of the 2020 Honda Civic RS (FK 7) is that the brand is very typical in the FK series. Remember, when we say the exhaust sound is loud and soft, when we step on the pedal, unfortunately, we Hear this sound, but also the sound insulation effect of Honda Civic RS 2020(FK7) is very low, until we hear the outside cat cry, all the sound is honest. This makes us uncomfortable, especially when Driving on the toll road at a speed of more than 100 km / h. We already know the solution, but the anxious shadow gives us some fear.

The second drawback is that the rear seat suspension is somewhat stiff and uncomfortable due to sharp and precise operation.
