That car was launched in Japan and Europe.It’s smaller than our Yaris.The only advantage of new Yaris is engine.It equipped with a DynamicForce 1.5L engine with a higher output.

Ever since the 3rd gen Yaris, they split the name plate into two different cars of the same name. Right now, the European/Japanese Yaris is smaller overall (More like Mazda 2 size) than our ASEAN Yaris. So even if we get a new TNGA based Yaris, I don't think it'll be the exact same car. (Based on rumours, there's a possibility that the next Vios/Yaris will be developed in conjunction with Perodua, so the DNGA platform may be expected here.)
