How is the X-Tronic CVT in the X-Trail? I heard there are a lot of problems. Mind sharing some reviews?

Learn to drive a CVT and you'll be fine. the key is to be smooth and linear, you cant stomp on it like conventional auto to go fast. gradual input. and change the gear oil earlier than recomended 80K km mileage. im using the latest version. 40k km, no issues. gets me 13-14km/l consistently. 60/40 highway split.

Good car only the Cvt after high milage. Before 150k km should be smooth sailing. The Cvt belt need to replaced

reachng 6th year. starting to have weird rubber band effect during very slow speeds. it has not been a peaceful drive after hearing all those cvt horror stories. why does one need to "take care" not to drive aggressively for a RM130k+ car ? this will be my first and last nissan purchase
