Go for civic bro Their mods are everywhere .. Durable like tank . If u planing to mod performance . Both K- series & B-series part are easy to be found . The more option = the better .

Kia koup 2011 will be a nice choice . Since you want sedan for weekend drive. Why go for 4 doors while you can go for 2 doors

If you are looking for a C-Segment car, I hereby will like to recommend you to get an Inspira. Get a decent unit, especially from 2011 or 2012 and some can goes for as low as 25k, once added on the additional costs, OTR at 31k
