WapCar Help Hi X70 owner, what's is the standard waiting time for warranty parts claiming? Mine X70 CKD was impacted by the first batch famous absorber issue of "Knocking sound", due to MCO, CMCO and etc, manage to file claim on 1st Aug 2020 and 4S technician inform me they had diagnose and confirm failure on pair of front absorber. Few months of waiting, parts is not arrived. Almost waited half year...... Three call had been made, two to the 4S, one to proton customer service hotline but doesn't help.
