Hello sifus, I have a question and would like to get more clarity, may I know is the toyota safety sense on the Vios works the same as that on the Nissan Almera, I heard from a colleague saying that the one on Vios would not stop the car completely, it just warn the driver before it apply gentle brake to slow down the vehicle. Thank you in advance for your feedback and confirmation.

Your colleague is right. Almera also has warnings, and it will brake automatically if you don’t brake. But the difference is Almera will brake until completely stop and keep standstill for 2 seconds before releasing the brake

dunno Almera, but Vios does have the sound and visual alert. If you don't brake, the system will automatically apply the brakes. It also applies more braking power when you're not braking hard enough.
