It looks similar to the current 86/BRZ/FRS troo we got yet it is different in some ways. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Toyota FT-HS Concept on display ten years ago.
Introduction
The Toyota FT-HS Concept was introduced in 2007 at the North American International Auto Show. Back in the day, it was being described by an Australian executive to be a precursor to the Toyota Supra.
However, this was not the case and alot of the curs can be found on the more affordable Toyota GT86 and its other siblings.
Powertrain
The FT-HS Concept utilised a 3.5-liter V6 coupled with an electric motor and the hybrid drivetrain functioned similarly to that of a GS450h.
Hence, the car is able to generate 400bhp and sprint from 0 to 100 in an approximate 4 seconds. However, top speed was unknown for this gorgeous little car.
