Can Proton still be considered a fully-national car? For your reference, Proton is currently owned by DRB-HICOM (50.1%) and by Geely(49.9%). Most of the new car model launched by Proton is rebadged Geely Model. Would this still make Proton a national car brand or foreign car? Where is the originality?
