Been using my Mazda 2 for year 4 now . Resale value is the last thing I think of . The car is very much worth the money u paid for . . . Enjoy the drive . What u should be looking for is actually the fuel economy, routine maintenance cost , operation cost , ware and tear cost . Factors to appreciate. Ride comfort (this really is noticed on long drives) , built quality . So resale is not a important item . . . As all cars value will go down , but what’s important is what u get out of it . . .
