An interesting experience to refresh my old car interior

I used my Almera for many years and was thinking of what modification needed to do for my old car 🤔

Easy way to make it look good again is to freshen up the interior. Take a weekend (better take only 1 weekend...longer than that no car later lol) anyway here's my quick sharing!

In the past few years, I have put in better light bulbs, front fog lights, door handle decorations, rearview mirrors, and installed a new tint.

Next, I’d like to talk about my interior modification of my car seat and steering wheel😀

To replace the car seat, I suggest choosing an old store that specializes in seat covers and can cut and make on site

😉 after comparing various materials, I finally chose leather at a nearby cushion expert. Can find one, it’s not that hard...

Although the sofa is not Teana-levels of comfort, we can still fix it with a new wrapping. It’s really not that difficult and that's what I love about modifying - anything and everything can be done!

First we need to pull off the older seat, and take out the mounting frame.

Then the guy can put in the new seat on the mount. its important to buy a seat that can fit on the same mount your car on to save yourself the trouble of cutting up stuff that don’t need to be cut.

In general, the style of the new seat is similar to the original car, but the comfort and details are great.

After replacing the seats, I added a leather wrap to the steering wheel of the original car.

The process of replacing the steering wheel wrap is as follows~

It can be DIY, but I just gave it to the guy to do . Pros for this is that its thinner than the usual, but it's also more expensive. 

After changing the car seat and steering wheel, the whole car feels completely new and the driving experience is also improved.
