Would you accept monitoring cameras in your car? Recently, according to the media report, a user asked Elon Musk on Twitter whether Tesla’s in-car camera can detect the owner’s eyes. Musk answered “Yes” directly. This is the first time Tesla officially admitted monitoring the driver through the camera inside the car. In China, it’s rumored that Tesla is forbidden to enter the government sites. Although Tesla has said to put the data back to China as soon as possible, there has been no progress at present. There are heated debates on the monitoring in-car camera, most people worry that monitoring leads to the leakage of privacy, while some support monitoring for it may help detect crimes in cars. So here comes a point: if you were a car owner, no matter imported or domestic car brand, would you accept the monitoring camera in your car?
